The MTR Corporation opened the tender for Lohas Park package thirteen property development, the final phase of the project. Tenders will be closed on October 29. The MTRC said it received 35 expressions of interest from developers.


Bidders are expected to bid aggressively on price, our Alex Leung said. Mall at the Lohas in Tseung Kwan O, will open in phases towards the second half this year, which will have a positive impact on property prices in the district. CHFT expects the valuation of the project to range from HK$10 billion to HK$10.8 billion.
